Is Anvil free?

Yes. You can start free with no card. Workout plans, training logs, photo nutrition tracking and progress charts are available at no cost. Some advanced AI features may use credits later.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Anvil runs inside Telegram as a Mini App, with a web version at anvil.nikam.dev. There is nothing to download from an app store.

Can I use Anvil without a coach?

Yes. You can train solo with ready-made and custom plans, photo nutrition logging and a pocket coach. You can connect with a trainer later if you want.

How does the photo nutrition log work?

You photograph a meal and Anvil estimates calories and macros. You can adjust the breakdown before saving, or scan a barcode or nutrition label instead.

Does Anvil track the menstrual cycle?

Yes. There is an opt-in women's cycle module with forecast, calendar and phases, linked to training. Cycle data is private by default and is not shared with your coach unless you choose to.

What languages does Anvil support?

Anvil is available in 12 languages, including English and Russian, with local conventions.
